2. Overview
Product Photo Studio (“App”, “we”, “us”) provides on-device tools for:
- AI-powered background removal
- Shadow generation (ground/drop)
- Product photo editing
- Marketplace export sizes
- High-quality PNG exports
We do NOT upload, collect, store, or transmit your photos.
All image processing occurs solely on your device.
We operate no servers, run no analytics, and collect no personal data except when you contact us by email.
3. Data We Process
3.1 On-Device Photo Processing (No Uploading)
All processing happens locally on your device using the following Apple frameworks:
- Vision (background removal)
- Core Image (shadows, effects)
- UIKit / SwiftUI (editing + export)
We may temporarily read system-provided metadata (e.g., dimensions, file type) only to display information inside the App.
No data leaves your device.
3.2 In-App Purchases (Handled by Apple)
Payments are processed exclusively by Apple.
We do NOT receive:
- Credit card information
- Apple ID, name, email, phone number
- Billing address
We only receive anonymized purchase entitlement data to unlock Premium features.

3.3 Optional Diagnostic Data
If you enable “Share with App Developers” in iOS:
- Apple may send us de-identified crash logs or performance metrics.
- We do not receive personal data or photos via diagnostics.

3.4 Contacting Support
If you email us:
- We receive your email address + message contents.
- Used only to respond to your request.
- Retained for up to 12 months for record-keeping.
You may request deletion anytime.
4. Data We Do NOT Collect
We do not collect, store, track, or access:
- Photos or exported images
- Face data or biometrics
- Contacts
- Location
- Browsing history
- Device identifiers (IDFA)
- Usage analytics
- Advertising profiles
- Any personally identifiable information
We do NOT sell, share, or rent any data to third parties.
5. How Photos Are Handled
5.1 Local Only
Your photos remain on your device.
Nothing is uploaded.
Nothing is stored externally.
5.2 Temporary Processing Files
Temporary previews/masks are:
- Stored only inside the app’s sandbox
- Automatically removed by the system or upon uninstall
We cannot access or recover deleted files.
5.3 Exported Images
When you export an image:
- It is saved only where you choose (Photos, Files, etc.)
- We do not keep or access copies
- We cannot see or track exported images
6. AI Processing Limitations
Product Photo Studio uses Apple’s on-device Vision framework for background removal.
Accuracy is not guaranteed.
AI may produce imperfect results based on lighting, edges, and subject complexity.
You are responsible for:
- Reviewing AI-generated output
- Ensuring images meet marketplace requirements
- Verifying accuracy before commercial use
We do not guarantee:
- Error-free segmentation
- Suitability for commercial, legal, or compliance purposes
7. In-App Purchases (Premium)
Premium unlocks:
- Unlimited exports
- All marketplace presets
- Ground + drop shadow tools
- Advanced editing features
Plans available:
- Monthly subscription
- Yearly subscription
- Lifetime purchase
Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled through: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
Refunds are handled by Apple.
8. No Ads, No Tracking, No Third-Party SDKs
This App does NOT include:
- Advertising SDKs
- Analytics SDKs
- Tracking technologies
- Cross-app identifiers
- External data sharing
You are not tracked or profiled.
9. Legal Bases (GDPR / CCPA / KVKK)
If applicable:
- On-device processing: No external data transfer; minimal personal data.
- Support email: Legitimate interest (customer support).
- Diagnostics: Consent (optional Apple opt-in).
We do not operate servers and do not transfer data internationally.
10. Your Rights
Depending on your region, you may have rights to:
- Access information you emailed us

Because all processing is on-device:
- Your data stays within Apple’s secure environment
- Device encryption and iOS protections apply
- There is no server to breach, hack, or compromise
Support emails use standard encrypted email protocols.

We rely on:
- Apple In-App Purchases (no payment data shared with us)
- Apple Vision/Core frameworks (local processing)

The App is not directed to children under 13 (or 16 in the EU).

If you believe a child has contacted us via email, notify us and we will delete the record.
Parents/guardians are responsible for device supervision.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
The App is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind.
We are not liable for:
- Loss or corruption of images
- Incorrect AI output
- Device/OS-level issues
- Marketplaces rejecting your product photos
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Exceptions (cannot be excluded):
- Death or personal injury caused by negligence
- Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
- Rights guaranteed by consumer protection law
Where allowed, our maximum liability is: The amount you paid for the App in the last 12 months.
17. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Policy is governed by the laws of Türkiye.
Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of İstanbul, Türkiye.
Consumers in other regions (EU/UK/California) retain their statutory rights.
18. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as needed.
The “Last updated” date will reflect changes.
Significant updates may be communicated in-app.
