Product Photo Studio (the “App”) is published by Habibe Atik (“we”, “us”), Istanbul, Türkiye, who acts as the data controller for the limited information described in this policy. Contact: appsroutine@gmail.com.
The App is designed to process your photos on your device. We do not operate servers for the App, and the App is not designed to upload your photos to us. Your photos and projects are kept on your device and remain under your control. The App does not include advertising, analytics or tracking SDKs.
Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple. We do not receive your payment card details, billing address or Apple Account password. The App checks your purchase status with Apple on your device. Apple’s privacy policy applies to payments: apple.com/legal/privacy.
If you choose to share analytics with app developers in your device settings, Apple may provide us with crash and performance information about the App, managed according to Apple’s privacy practices. This information is not intended to include your photos. You can turn this off at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Analytics & Improvements.
If you contact us by email, we receive your email address and the information you choose to share, and we use it to respond to your request. Emails are handled through our email service provider, which stores them on its servers in other countries. We keep support correspondence only as long as needed for support and reasonable record-keeping.
Please avoid sending sensitive personal information by email. You can ask us to access or delete your information, subject to applicable law.
The App is not designed to collect your photos or exported images, contacts, location, browsing history, advertising identifiers or usage analytics, and we do not build advertising profiles. We do not sell or rent personal information.
The App may ask for access to the camera (to take product photos) and for add-only access to your photo library (to save your results; this permission does not let the App read your library). You can change these permissions at any time in your device settings.
Where data-protection laws such as the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) or the EU/UK GDPR apply, we process support emails on the basis of our legitimate interest in answering you. Diagnostics are collected and shared by Apple based on the choice you make in your device settings.
Because processing takes place on your device, your content is protected by the security features of your device and iOS, such as device encryption and your passcode. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Depending on where you live and the applicable law, you may have the right to access, correct or request deletion of personal information you have shared with us, such as the content of support emails, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact appsroutine@gmail.com. You may also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority. Projects stay on your device, so you can delete them yourself at any time.
The App is not directed at children under 13 (or under 16 where local law requires). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has contacted us, let us know and we will delete the message.
The App relies on Apple services (such as the App Store, StoreKit and on-device frameworks) and may link to external pages. Those services and pages are governed by their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their practices.
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date shows the latest version. Continued use of the App after an update means the updated policy applies, to the extent permitted by law.
This policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. This does not limit any rights you may have under mandatory data-protection law of your country of residence.
